To accommodate greater quantities and larger-sized items, the LEF-300's printing area has been expanded to 770 mm wide by 330 mm long. With four print heads and two UV-LED lamps, one of which moves, the LEF-300 enables bidirectional printing approximately 1.6 times^* faster than previous models. Advanced ECO-UV inks produce outstanding results

Designed for flexibility, ECO-UV inks image beautifully and conform around the most complex corners and curves for decoration of a wide variety of items from stunning gifts and novelty items to industrial parts and product prototyping. The LEF-300 comes equipped with VersaUV's proprietary CMYK, White and Clear (gloss) ECO-UV inks for premium quality prints. By printing a base layer of high-density white ink, even greater brilliance can be achieved when using clear or dark-colored materials. Clear ink produces gloss and matte finishes. Multiple layers of clear ink can be applied to create simulated embossing and three-dimensional textures, and the included VersaWorks Dual RIP software comes with 72 ready-to-use texture patterns

Built to meet the demands of high volume operations

In order to maintain accurate high-quality printing even during long production runs, the LEF-300 incorporates precision parts that are not susceptible to changes in temperature or humidity. To meet the needs of production site customers, the LEF-300 includes an input/output system that supports external devices such as warning lights and custom production automation systems.

Full cover ensures safety and print quality

The LEF-300 cover provides excellent airtight enclosure to prevent dust from entering the print area, while keeping the UV-LED light contained. Ink cartridges are located on the side of the device to allow replacement during operation without having to open the cover. 

Ink mist absorbing function

The LEF-300 features an ink mist adsorbing system by which air-borne ink mist inside the printer is collected for removal. The system works by employing a fan installed around the print-head, that blow any ink mist into an adsorbing filter. This system is valuable to maintain consistent printing operation
