The cab XD4T 2 sided printing system is a great production solution for printing continuous or ladder style heat shrink sleeves, labels, tags, and more. This system allows you to print information on both sides of a product and then full or perforate cut the product. The center justified printing system keeps the print head level for quality printing on thick stocks and allows you to print and cut inline. The printing system includes the cab XD4T printer with full/perforation cutter, NiceLabel Designer Pro software that will allow you to design and print sleeves or labels with static or variable information, an external unwind stand that will hold up to 20” outside diameter rolls of shrink sleeve, a 2.36” x 984’ resin ribbon for high durability printing on heat shrink sleeves and 2 hours of online training and support with a Dasco specialist to assist you in getting your system set up and running quickly. By the end of the set-up and training you will have designed and be printing your sleeves. The XD4T is ideal for mid- to high-volume on-demand printing of your continuous two-sided heat-shrink sleeves with a gap height of up to 4.5mm. Designed with a center-justified print head, the XD4+T allows for even pressure, high-quality impressions, and hassle-free inline printing with less jams. You’ll save time and money by printing your sleeves on demand! No PC needed! You can print your sleeves and barcode labels without a PC. Just connect a keyboard, barcode scanner, and USB memory stick with your variable data to the XD4 USB interface and print.
