FILAMENT MONITORING SYSTEM

The Craftbot 3 has been subtitled "The Supervisor" and the Filament Monitoring System (or FMS) is the reason. With this exciting new feature, the Craftbot 3 will watch your filament's feed and level , so you don't have to!

The FMS supervises filament consumption closely, making sure the print pauses when the spool runs out, but it also troubleshoots immediately if your high accuracy 3D printer experiences a jam. Your phone will get you a message so you can intervene if you want.

INDEPENDANT DUAL EXTRUSION

IDEX is an amazing technology that instantly raises a printer's power and utility! We all know the glory of dual printing--having two different spools extruding in the same print. But with those two print heads being built separately from each other, each print head can get out of the way as the other does its work.

The dual extrusion is also perfect for printing with a soluble support material like PVA, which allows support columns on your print to be removed completely, and your final print to look gorgeous.

IMPROVED DESIGN

The Craftbot 3 doesn't just add amazing new features, rarely seen in the desktop 3D printing world, it also improves upon what they've done before.

The new High-Accuracy Ball Screws improve printing quality, and the finely tuned motor control makes printing as quiet as a mouse.

Even their part cooling fan in the hotends got an overhaul, boasting optimized object cooling technology. Your parts will come out beautifully, and will be removed cleanly form the print bed with a snap!
